Can I take the vehicle abroad?
Customers can take our vehicles abroad, for a small extra charge. If you want to go abroad this should be mentioned at the time of booking, so as to enable our staff time to get all relevant documentation and cover available. Unfortunately, the vehicle must have this documentation with it when it passes national borders, otherwise it is liable to be siezed by Customs & Excise. All of this can be obtained from us, and customers should contact us for a quote. Please note that some countries are not eligible for this cover.
Do you deliver and collect?
Delivery can be arranged subject to availability. All reservations where a delivery to a private address is required must be made through our call centre. For more assitance please call 558 1234 or

Are you open on sundays and bank holidays?
We are able to accept dropoffs of vehicles on Sundays but we are not open for collections. We do not operate at all on bank holidays but offer great rates over the bank holidays to allow for this!
Are there any cleaning charges?
We do not normally impose a cleaning charge for vehicles hired. There may be certain circumstances where we would request an additional fee. For instance hires where customers will be carrying dogs may be subject to an additional charge. If in doubt you should check with the branch delivering the vehicle.
Do your vehicles come with breakdown cover?
All our vehicles come with full breakdown cover which is supplied by either the AA or the RAC
How old are your vehicles?
All our vehicles are four years old or less and all are serviced frequently
Do you hire to under twenty-fives
Yes, we do but the excess is higher for the vehicle. If you are between 21-24 please contact us to discuss this
